These Terms govern your use of Home TLC and its related services, operated by Data2Insights LLC, doing business as KatalystAI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using Home TLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Home TLC helps homeowners and professionals document properties, manage equipment inventories, schedule maintenance, maintain service records, exchange estimates, and coordinate work.
Some features use third-party services or artificial intelligence. Feature availability may vary by device, permissions, location, and service configuration.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Provide accurate registration information and protect your account credentials and sign-in messages. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Notify us promptly at info@katalystai.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only enter, upload, or share information that you have the right or authority to provide.
Homeowners and other authorized property representatives are responsible for managing access to their property records and reviewing invitations and permissions.
Professionals are responsible for accurate business information, estimates, communications, and work records, and for obtaining any licenses, insurance, permissions, or qualifications needed for their services.
Access to a property record does not itself establish permission to enter the physical property or perform work.
Home TLC provides software for organizing information and coordinating services. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, the Company does not employ, endorse, or supervise professionals using the platform.
Homeowners and professionals are responsible for their own service agreements, scheduling, pricing, payments, and disputes.
Users should independently verify qualifications, insurance, scope of work, and suitability before engaging a professional.
The Home TLC by KatalystAI messaging program supports account and service communications.
Depending on your selections and activity, messages may include verification codes, sign-in links, invitations, maintenance reminders, estimate updates, appointment information, service updates, and responses to messages you send.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the sending number. A confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@katalystai.io.
Opting out may prevent delivery of verification codes or sign-in links from that number. Contact support if this affects account access.
Do not provide another person’s phone number for messaging unless you have appropriate permission or authority. Entering someone’s number does not, by itself, establish that person’s consent.
Messages may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier or network conditions. Do not use Home TLC messaging for emergencies.

AI features may analyze photos, identify equipment, interpret questions, and generate maintenance suggestions or responses.
Results may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Verify equipment identification, measurements, product compatibility, and suggested actions before relying on them.
Home TLC does not replace an inspection or advice from a qualified professional. Do not rely on the app for emergency response or undertake hazardous work beyond your training or qualifications.
AI inputs may be processed by third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Professionals determine their own estimates and service charges. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of estimates.
Home TLC does not currently process payments between homeowners and professionals. Those payments and the associated service agreements are handled directly between the parties.
This section concerns payments for professional services, rather than any separately disclosed charge for app features.
You retain ownership of content you provide, including photos, documents, notes, and property information.
You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service, support sharing you authorize, and provide features you use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

These Terms grant permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the software or related intellectual property.

To the extent permitted by law, Home TLC is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information, AI results, recommendations, or third-party content will be accurate or complete.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Home TLC, including damages arising from reliance on AI output, estimates, or maintenance recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or the service, comply with applicable obligations, or address violations of these Terms.
You can initiate account deletion through Settings → Delete Account, or contact info@katalystai.io for assistance.
Information associated with other users or shared properties may require separate handling. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after account closure will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
